01Can we use Vargani with weak internet?

Yes. Assigned field work can remain available on the device. Entries captured offline stay visibly provisional and become official only after the server accepts them.
02Who can see household and shop information?

Operational maps and contact details stay private to the organization. Roles and assignments determine what each committee member or volunteer can access.
03When is a receipt considered official?

Only after the server accepts the contribution and assigns its sequential receipt number. A local offline reference is never presented as an official receipt.
04Can we collect both UPI and cash?
+
Yes. UPI claims can be verified and cash can move through collector handover and treasurer reconciliation, with discrepancies kept explicit.
05Do we need to move all our data before the pilot?

No. The pilot starts with one campaign and only the areas and people needed for that trial. Private rosters and maps are collected after approval, not in the application form.
