Privacy
Vargani separates public campaign information, private organization operations, and pilot-application contact details. This page describes the product behavior implemented in this release; an organization should also publish its own legal notice before production use.
Pilot applications
We collect organization and contact details needed to review a pilot request. We do not request donor lists, volunteer rosters, private maps, or payment credentials in that form.
Operational information
Contacts, houses, shops, societies, assignments and precise pins are private tenant data governed by role and assignment boundaries.
Conversion measurement
The marketing funnel records a small first-party event vocabulary with a random session identifier. Names, phone numbers, form answers and precise locations are not copied into analytics events.
Offline work
Queued field entries remain provisional until accepted by the server. The app does not claim an offline entry was delivered or issue an official receipt early.
Movement tracking
Vargani does not build volunteer movement trails. Location is used only when an authorized user deliberately confirms an operational place or pin.
Retention and contact
Pilot-contact details should be reviewed and removed when no longer needed. Production retention periods and contact channels must be configured before a public launch.
